Using PDF/A option (with your online tool) doesn't produce a valid PDF/A file
30 days ago by Hugo Terelle
When I upload a .docx file in your website and tries to convert it with
- compress: true
- pdfa: true
It produces a PDF file. I tried several websites to check if the PDF file is a PDF/A one.
Here are the responses I received:
- CHECK FAILED
THE DOCUMENT CONTAINS FONTS WITHOUT EMBEDDED FONT PROGRAMS OR ENCODING INFORMATION (CMAPS). - ISO 19005-3:2012
6.2.11.5
For every font embedded in a conforming file and used for rendering, the glyph width information in the font dictionary and in the embedded font program shall be consistent.
I need to produce PDF/A files (thousands of files) and I will subscribe if this problem can be solved.
Kind regards,
Hugo Terelle
