Improved HTML border rendering in PDF template converter

The PDF **template ** converter now more accurately replicates HTML border styles. Previously, borders defined in HTML templates - such as table cell borders, div outlines, and custom border properties - were not always carried over correctly into the generated PDF, resulting in missing or inconsistent lines.
This has been fixed. Border styles, widths, and colors from your HTML source are now faithfully reflected in the PDF output.
