Fixed: PDF to TIFF-Fax and PDF to PPTX Converters

We've resolved two issues affecting output accuracy across our PDF to TIFF-Fax and PDF to PPTX converters.

Fixes

• PDF → TIFF-Fax converter - fixed incorrect output width (e.g. a requested width of 1728 produced 1582) and content being cut off when the vertical resolution was set to 98.
• PDF → PPTX converter - fixed missing background on the first slide during conversion.
